Sepak Takraw in BS?

Do you know if Sepak Takraw is played much in Bang Saphan? Would be interested in watching a game or just kids playing. Also, I have a 7-year old son who enjoys football. Would be nice to let him try the game while in Bang Saphan next time (hopefully next year).

Seen the locals knocking about with Takraw on random bits of land now and then, nothing is organised that I'm aware of though. Also have a son into football but the closest place with any kind of academy is Hua Hin unfortunately.

Prachuap must have an academy. They play in the same league as Hua Hin. What about Chumphon?

I've just come back from watching Hua Hin City u.13s thrash Prachuap u.13s 4 - 0 (no exaggeration, it could easily have been 12). I think he'd walk straight into the Prachuap academy. No joking, I know it was u.13s, but one of the kiddies looked more like 7. I would say 50% of the squad were only 10 or 11, or they grow them very small down there. I think they are desperate for players - so long as he has a pulse, I'm sure they'd take him. If he's a footballer, he'll have an opportunity to taste the big time - mind you, I'll be upset if he scores against Hua Hin .
