Looking for land in ban krut

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction for locating and looking at land that is for sale at Ban Krut?

also there are many small signs on property for sale by owners on the beach road heading south from town

Most of these signs are on large lots, for instance to make a resort.
The owners are usually not willing to sell a smaller piece.
If you are searching for a smaller lot, you may want to ask at the "Thai-American Restaurant" in Ban Krut.
The owner is an older lady, who has lived in US and speaks better English then most locals.
She owns some land in the proximity of the restaurant, which lies fallow.
