Ban Krut Arcadia

i have heard they are building a new Arcadia hotel in Ban Krut. We are due to stay at the existing hotel so would be happy if someone can confirm that the new hotel building work will not spoil our stay.

The new building is not on the same compound as the existing resort, but next to it.
It should have been finished in 2012, but the work was stopped.
They now have permission to finish it.

Is there a new hotel buiding buildt after 2014 when we were there at the Baan Grood Arcadia Resort and Spa? I can see no new hotel building on their web page.
