The building plot you see in the pictures above will be the new bungalows, I believe their will be four new ones.
The old bar will be knocked down and toilets built in its place.

I am thinking about visiting Bangsaphan but from the forum it seems that montris is the only place of interest.The Moderator likes it so is montri paying lots to advertise.Can anyone suggest other things to do other than drink beer.Its booring looking at Montris building site

Instead of coming onto the forum and being critical try looking at the rest of the website and making your own mind up before spreading more negativity here...

Dear Coco Bar Fan

Finally the new bar finished. After long fight with contractor to make sure that the new one will look similar to the old one but stronger and more comvinience to everyone especially "Montri". I do hope that all of you will love the new bar not less than the old. And be patient a bit longer till the rest room finished. The 1st twin unit of my new resorts is under construction and plan to be finished within this year.I still don't know when will be the grand openning of my "Coco Beach Resort" hopefully within next year.
Anyway we should celebrate the Coco Bar frist. What do you think??? I've been busy during the past 2 months plsn to go there on 17-19 Dec.......

I've been around Asia during many years - China / Indonesia / Malaysia / Laos / Cambodia / Burma / Nepal / India / etc. and i don't know another place like Bang saphan. BS is out of the real world, out of the time...
You must feel it if you can feel something...
If you're looking for a place like Pattaya for sure stay at home and don't come here...

Looking like an upscale Mediterranean village there now - very posh, parking spaces reserved for Benzes outside!

The resort section is not open yet but the owners will be advertising here so will have all the info and online booking when it is.
