Getting a Thai driving license in Bangsaphan

Thanks! Will look into that for my next licence renewal. This time we were helping friends on a 3+3 visa who are only here during the European winters

I was told yesterday that Hua Hin immigration is now pushing us “southerners” back to Dan Singkhon to get the residence certificate needed for a driving licence renewal. Does anyone know for certain if this is true, or not?”
Some Austrian neighbours went to HH immigration this week and the little office behind main immigration told them it couldn’t be done there

I've only ever used the yellow book for address purposes so not sure on this one.

It was always easier (and closer) to get it in Dansingkhon than HH though. No idea why HH wouldn't do it as its free money (the police in BS used to issue them for free).
