I think you’re very probably right. Small scale foreign exchange makes very little income and can be costly to manage in upcountry branches. They’re likely using Covid risks as an excuse to centralise the service and cut costs

Apparently, they're offering booster shots at local temples in the area for those that have had two Sinovacs or the Astra/Sino cocktail more than three months ago. Can just rock up, Thais and farang but would recommend going with a Thai since no English is spoken.

BS hospital apparently, but its hit and miss whether you'll get one. I know people that were turned away last week when they didn't have any. You have a better chance if you go early.
