Dansingkhon are now asking for the following to extend tourist visas (by 30 days):
Proof of address/abode -
rental contract
copy of blue house book
copy of owners ID card
Or
hotel stamped verification of your stay
Passport and visa photocopies
1x photograph
Extension of stay application form
24 hour address registration form

It now takes about 45 minutes to do an extension as they will scan your passport, enter all of the details into the computer, and photograph you again. They may also phone the hotel you are staying at to confirm and will need a hotel stamped document verifying your stay. Was there almost all day and witnessed a lot of confused tourists turned away because they did not have these new requirements.
