The only match I'm interested in is the first one of the season. Strange that it has been posted on the 9th since that is a Friday and they never play on a Friday - I suspect it will be the 10th.
Does this make more sense:

It does, where did you get that?

This site still has it on the 9th: http://www.smmsport.com/score/competiti ... pet_id=458

Typical mass confusion and conflicting information, should be used to it by now.

I know you don't want to discuss, but I think I need to clarify the bad feeling that exists/existed between Prachuap and Hua Hin City.

I don't think there's any malice whatsoever against your football club. It happened, and we often have a laugh about the way our new owner was throwing attacking Prachuap supporters around like rag dolls. The only malice is against the ringleader for not taking his punishment. He is the one who is arranging the friendlies, trying to rebuild bridges, and he is the one who keeps sticking 2 fingers up at Hua Hin.

I sincerely hope he puts it all to bed on Wednesday, especially as Hua Hin will have European football royalty amongst their entourage.

And yes, I am a realist, I expect Prachuap to win by at least 6.

Football is very polarized across the world, people have been killed over it, you want to have the last word and believe you and your team are righteous and justified.

This is why it is futile even having this discussion and bringing up events that occurred years ago, and this is why I refuse to enter into it.

I've been reading a bit about Prachuap FC, and see all supporters groups are known as 'Panta Devil' - out of idle curiosity, do you know why you call yourselves that?

I guess it's like Plymouth Argyle supporters calling themselves Pilgrims, where there is a connection. Just wondering what your connection with a Panta Devil is.

That wasn't on Facebook. I found it, and just thought it was an unusual/interesting name. Maybe it's an older terminology, no longer used if you've never heard of it.

Yes I went to the game, and unsurprisingly Prachuap won 2 - 0. However they weren't very convincing considering the entire T1 squad played. Hua Hin were by far the better footballing side in the first 45 minutes, and shouldn't have gone in at half time with a 1 goal deficit. Prachuap were the better side for most of the 2nd half, but it was only a schoolboy error from the Hua Hin keeper that gifted the 2nd goal.

I was quite amused to see your Korean defender. He's failed trials with Hua Hin twice in 6 months, and his Hua Hin counterpart had the better of him every time, unless he committed a foul. Having seen him play in the trials 6 times, I can say with certainty that Hua Hin's defenders are better. Hopefully, he isn't your first choice, but a waste of an Asian allowance.

The game was played in good spirits, so hopefully things will move on from here.

Get ready for the first game of the season. A few of us are heading up on Sunday so speak to the usual suspects if you want a lift.
