A trip to support Prachuap FC
Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
And the season resumes with today's game ...
Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
A solid 2 - 1 win after the break over third placed Port FC cements our position at fifth.
Could not watch the game, Buaksib doesn't play outside of Thailand apparently.
Next game away to Chiang Rai on the 9th.

Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
It definitely plays in other parts of Europe - maybe an early Brexit.
You guys are looking safe now, and even in contention for the 3rd Champions League (or Asian equivalent) place. Unfortunately, Ratchaburi are hovering over the jaws of relegation - one of 6 teams fighting all within 2 points of the 5th relegation place. It's going to be a bumpy ride to the end of the season.
2 games a week until the end of the season now will not help.

I hope Ratchaburi survive the drop, they are a quality side that deserves to be in the top tier. It is annoying that five teams will get the axe this season and only three come up meaning fewer games next season.
No joy against Chiang Rai with a 3 - 2 defeat away but we're still above them in fifth. Next game on Weds 12th at home against Chonburi.

Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
Did you see the fight regarding who should take the penalty? I think the video has gone viral - two professional players squabbling like that.
I too hope they survive the drop, but with games against Muangthong, Pattaya and Buriram to come, I'm not holding my breath. No club is too big to be relegated. Ratchaburi's problem is the constant changing of the coach. I think we must be on our 6th this season.

Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
A point is better than none I guess but it has allowed Chiang Rai to overtake us and take fifth spot.
Next game away to Navy on the 16th.
Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
Seeing it was Chonburi, I immediately switched to their 'Interview with an opposition fan' section - absolutely nothing from Prachuap fans - disappointing. https://www.clubwebsite.com/chonburifc/ ... view/21362
We could have benefitted from you guys scoring a few goals in the above match

Another draw away to Navy, 1 - 1. A point away is never a bad thing.
Next game also away to Khorat on the 22nd.

Another vital away point with 3 - 3 at Khorat.
There are two final home games of the season coming up:
Sat 29, 19.00 - PFC vs Chainat Hornbill
Wed 3, 18.00 - PFC vs Suphanburi
The final game is away to Police Tero on the 7th.

Every Ratchaburi fan will be hoping you kick both Chainat's and Suphanburi's arses.

Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
Unfortunately Prachuap usually do better against the better teams and dont fare as well against the bottom ones! Hope to get to today's game either way.
Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
Hmmmm..... 2 injury time penalties. Every Ratchaburi fan is very grateful. Please repeat on Wednesday,

Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
Very scrappy but maybe we can get a fourth out of it! Good luck against the Police today, a win should see you safe.
Re: A trip to support Prachuap FC
Well the season is now over - Prachuap lost their last two games but I suspect they didn't really try. Finished a very respectable sixth for the first season in the top flight. Final standings here:
