You then drive up a shortish but fairly steep hill and eventually come to a large statue of Buddha: IMG_1046.JPG The caves are immediately behind the Buddha and the perhaps 20 or so...

I was 'offered' absolute beach front land - 4m per Rai, in January - direct from the Thai owner, about a kilo north of the area you are talking about.

Whilst in town recently, I forgot to ask about this sign that I noticed for a bilingual school and I just wondered if anyone has anymore information? Its the 1st Soi on the right after doing a right at the lights having gone past the Bang Saphan Guest House - hope that makes sense?

Hi BB, sadly I'm back in the UK now - since the end of Jan. Had eight weeks in LOS and six of those in Bang Saphan!

And I'll test in when I get my own laptop back - using a friends at the mo - the screen on mine went belly-up!
